[Resolve]

Resolve directing the Attorney General to institute a process quo warranto against the proprietors of Cathance Bridge,” was read and passed to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence: concurred. -

[Bill]

Bill to prevent drunkenness,” was taken from the files, and the Senate reconsider their former vote and refer the same to the next Legislature, and order that the Bill be published in the public newspaper of the Printer to the State: sent down for concurrence: concurred with an amendment: in which the Senate concurred. -

[Reports]

Mr. Parsons from the committee on an order to consider what alterations are necessary in the Laws relating to Probate business, reported that the subject be referred to the next Legislature: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: came up concurred. -

Mr. Green from the Committee to ascertain what unfinished business ought to be passed upon at the present session &c. made a report thereon, and submitted the following order, viz. -

That the Secretary of the Senate and Clerk of the House of Representatives be directed to make up the Pay Roll of each House including monday next the 28th Inst: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence: came up with an amendment in which the Senate concurred.
