Order of the House that Messrs. Cobb, Warren and Swett be a Committee with such as the Senate may join, to enquire into the expediency of prohibiting by law public treats on days of election, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise; came up for concurrence, was read and concurred, and Messrs. Whitney and Southwick were joined.
