Petition of Samuel M. Pond Agent for the Castine River Lock and Sluice Company, for an additional act regulating the fishery in Penobscot river, committed in the House to the Committee on Interior Fisheries, came up for concurrence, was read and concurred

Mr. Holland from the Committee on petition of the Medical Society of Maine, reported a

Bill to incorporate certain persons by the name of “The General Hospital of Maine,” which was read once and committed to Messrs. Stebbins, Dunn and Fairbanks, and tomorrow at 10 O clock assigned for a 2d. Reading.
