Report of the Committee on the Petition of the Trustees and Overseers of Bowdoin College, which had been accepted and sent down for concurrence, came up, and the House recommit the subject and instruct the Committee to report a Statement of facts in relation to the wants of the College: The Senate reconsider their former vote and concur with the House.

[Resolve]

Resolve in favor of the Gardiner Lyceum was read a 2d. time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.
