Petition of Joseph M Baker & als for a law to prohibit the erection of any but side booms across Royals River, was read & referred to the committee on Turnpikes, bridges & Canals. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Adoniram Lodge to be incorporated - - John Robinson & als to be incorporated for the purpose of building a Meetinghouse in Brewer were read and referred to the committee on incorporation of Parishes &c Sent up for concurrence.
