Bill additional to an act for the limitation of actions, real and personal and of Writs of Error, was taken up - Mr Fessenden moved to amend the Bill by striking out the 2nd Sec. - the question was decided by yeas and nays as follows Yeas 41 Nays 65 & the motion did not prevail - The Bill was then passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
