The Board came to order pursuant to adjournment.

Petition of William Lowell Junr, that such parts of his farm as now belong to Monmouth and Wayne may be annexed to Winthrop

Petition of John Stow and others for incorporation of a new town by the name of Milford.

Petition of Calvin Gorham and others Committee of Lewiston that said town may be set off from Lincoln County and annexed to Cumberland County

Petition of William Hammatt and others of Township No. 1 to be incorporated as a town by the name of Howland,

Petition of John Dickinson and others a Committee of the town of Machias for the division of said town into three separate towns

Petition of Davis Libbey and others of Brewer to be annexed to Eddington.

Petition of Smith Baker and others for a new town to be formed from Litchfield and Bowdoin.

Petition of Jonathan Young and others Inhabitants of Pittston that the "five mile lot" (so called) may be annexed to said town.

Petition of Asa Cole and others for the incorporation of a new town by the name of Gouldhaven.

Petition of William Pingree and others that the town of Denmark. may be annexed to the County of Cumberland.
