Petition of Oliver Sewall and another Committee of Chesterville that certain expenses incurred by that town in supporting a pauper may be reimbursed and Petition of Oliver Sewall for allowance of certain fees where respondents were acquitted by him as Justice of the Peace, referred in the House to the Committee on the Judiciary, came up for concurrence, were severally read and the Senate noncurred with the House in their reference, and, on motion, ordered that the Petitioners, severally have leave to withdraw their petitions. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
