On motion by Mr. Churchill Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of so altering the criminal Code of this State as to make the crimes of murder and Arson, and all others now punishable by death, punishable by confinement in the State's Prison for life, Sent down for concurrence.
