The Board came to order pursuant to adjournment.

Petition of Elisha Douglass for a further pension was read and in concurrence with the House referred to the Committee on Sick and wounded Soldiers

Petition of Jesse Page and others Inhabitants of Warren, Petition of John Fowler and others Inhabitants of Prospect Petition of Daniel Lane and others Committee of Belfast and Petition of Amos Campbell and others Inhabitants of Belfast, all in favor of a Bridge between Pittston and Gardiner Petition of John Burnham and others a Committees of the town of Orland for Legislative aid and Remonstrance of Daniel Brown and others against the petition of Charles and James Russell were severally read and in concurrence with the House referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals.

Petition of Samuel Brown and Reuben Dodge agents for the Heirs of the late James Peters that certain monies by them paid for taxes be refunded and petition of Richard Waldron, that the State assume the defense of a certain suit arising from a disputed title of lands conveyed to him by the State, were severally read and in concurrence with the House referred to the Committee on State Lands
