Came up concurred.
Petition of Stephen Parsons and others to be incorporated for the purpose of building a Bridge across Sheepscot River, was read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
On motion by Mr. Pond the petition of John Patten and others, with the accompanying papers were taken from the files and referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
Mr. Parsons from the Committee to whom was referred the Annual Report of the Treasurer of State, made the following Report in part; That they find upon careful examination, that the several detailed statements of receipts and expenditures, which compose that Report (with the exception of a mistake on Page 17, of two dollars in adding) are correctly receipted for, charged and cast; and that there was due from this state to Elias Thomas, a balance of Six thousand, one hundred and eighty five Dollars and forty eight cents, on the thirty first day of December, One thousand and eight hundred and twenty five. Read and accepted Sent
