Mr Green from the Committee on Incorporation of Towns reported, that the petitioners cause on attested copy of their petition and order thereon to be published in the "American Patriot" a newspaper printed in Portland, two weeks successively the last publication to be three days before the fourth Wednesday of the present session of the present Legislature, that all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have why the prayer of said petition, should not be granted, Read and accepted.
