that the Petitioner cause an attested copy of his petition and order thereon to be served on the Town Clerks of the Towns of Monmouth, Wayne and Winthrop respectively sixty days, at least, before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature, that all persons interested may then appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted.
