Petition of Simon Nowell and others for the location of the Judicial Courts in the County of York, at Kennebunk, referred in the Senate to the Committee on the Judiciary, came up from the House, non concurred in the reference to the Committee on the Judiciary and by them referred to Messrs White, Hutchings, Rollins, Farnsworth and Morrill with such as the Senate may join: the Senate reconsidered their former vote, concurred with the House and joined Messrs Stebbins, Butman & Pond.
