Order of the House of Representatives, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of adding further provisions to the Laws exempting certain goods from attachment and Executions and from distress for taxes, so as to exempt corn and grain while standing was read and passed in concurrence.
Order of the House of Representatives that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of confirming by law the doings of all persons duly commissioned and qualified as Justices of the Peace, who, at the time of exercising said office, were also commissioned and in the exercise of the office of a Deputy Sheriff or Coroner prior to the day of last, was read and passed in concurrence.
