Resolve has been or may be refused a passage, it shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Senate to select and restore to the respective public offices such papers and Documents, and, on application of the parties interested, he may deliver all such papers on the case as belong to them respectively, making and retaining a written memorandum of the papers thus delivered, and of the name of the person to whom such papers are delivered.

On motion by Mr. Pond, Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of repealing so much of an Act entitled "An Act establishing the duties to be paid by certain officers therein named", as requires each Coroner to pay a duty of three Dollars. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
