Orders of the House of Representatives, that the Committee on the Judiciary be directed to inquire into the expediency of so enlarging the several Resolves authorizing the purchase and distribution of the first and second volumes of Greenleaf's Reports, that Towns and Plantations organized since the passing of said Resolves, be included and furnished with said Reports,

Orders That the Committee on Military Affairs be instructed to inquire into the expediency of so altering the Act in addition to the several Acts now in force to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State passed February 28. 1825, as that annual inspection of this State, shall be on the first Tuesday of May instead of the Tuesday following the second Monday in September.

Orders That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to take into consideration the expediency of enlarging the powers of the Judges of Probate within the several Counties in this State, so that the said Judges may be authorized to give license to Executors and Administrators, to sell at public auction all debts that may be due the estate, that appear to be doubtful whether they can be collected, and also all debts not due till after the time shall have expired, allowed to bring in claims against said estate, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise.

Orders That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of amending "An Act additional to an Act for the relief of poor Debtors, passed February 25. 1824, so far as to define the bonds therein prescribed, and altering the form of process in Law so far as to conform to said act, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise,
