The petition of Henry W. Fuller and others with the Report of the Committee thereon was taken up and the vote whereby said report was accepted was reconsidered and the petition and papers recommitted to the Committee on that part of the Governor's message relating to Internal Improvements. Sent down for concurrence Came up concurred.
