The Board came to order pursuant to adjournment

Petition of George Reid and others Directors of Damariscotta Canal, for a Lottery was read, and in concurrence with the House referred to the Committee on the subject of Lotteries

Remonstrance of John Sampson and others, Remonstrance of the Selectmen of Lisbon, and Remonstrance of John Coffin and others against the division of the town of Lisbon, were severally read and in concurrence with the House, referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns

Petition of Elijah Butler Jr. for a pension was read and in concurrence with the House, referred to the Committee on Applications from sick and wounded soldiers

Petition of Andrew Freese and others for alteration in the town lines of Hartland, was read and in concurrence with the House, referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns.

Mr. Dunlap from the Committee on that part of the Governor's message relating to the State Prison, requested to be discharged from the further consideration of the accounts of that institution and recommended a reference of the same to the Committee on Accounts. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
