Bill additional to "An Act establishing a Registry of Deeds for the Western Districts of Lincoln County came up amended and the Senate adhere to their former vote passing the Bill to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Resolve making further provision respecting the State road from Sunkhaze to Mattawamkeag River came up and the Senate adhere to their former vote refusing this Resolve a passage

Order of the Senate of March 3rd, that the Secretary of the Senate and Committee on the Pay Roll of the House be directed to make up the Pay Roll of the members including Monday came up amended by striking out "Monday," and inserting "Tuesday" and the Senate refused their concurrence, further amended the order by striking out "Tuesday", and inserting "Wednesday", and passed the same as thus amended Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Report of the Special Committee on an order relating to the expediency of fixing on a compensation for sheriffs &c and on petition of Seth Spring and others, that it is inexpedient to take any order thereon accepted in the Senate Yesterday, came up referred to the next Legislature and the Senate reconsidered their former vote and concurred with the House in their reference

Resolve relating to the Massachusetts claims now pending before the Congress of the United States came up amended and the Senate reconsidered their former vote
