The Board came to order pursuant to adjournment
Mr. Dunlap from the conferees on the disagreement of the two Houses respecting the "Bill imposing a duty on sales of Lottery tickets," reported that they had met the conferees on the part of the House, had not been able to come to an agreement and recommend to the Senate an adherence to their vote postponing the Bill indefinitely. Read and accepted.
Bill additional to the several Acts now in force respecting Highways came up and the Senate reconsidered their former votes and postponed the further consideration of this Bill indefinitely Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred
Mr. Churchill from the Conferees on the disagreement of the two Houses respecting the "Resolve making further provision respecting the State Road from the State Road from Sunkhase to Mattawamkeag River reported that the Conferees had agreed to recommend to their respective Houses to recede from their votes so far as to refer this Resolve to the next Legislature. Read and accepted and the Senate reconsidered their former votes and referred the Resolve to the next Legislature Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
Resolve additional to the Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties Towns, Plantations and Classes on the first apportionment came up indefinitely postponed
