Evening, Mr. Southwick from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz

Resolve additional to the "Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties Towns, Plantations and Classes on the first apportionment and Resolve in favour of Amos H. Hodgman & the same were finally passed

Mr. Stebbins from the Committee appointed to wait on the Governor and inform him that the Legislature had passed upon all the public business before them, to inquire if he had any further communication to make to them and also to express to him in behalf of both Houses of the Legislature, their affectionate and respectful sentiments, their some of the diligence and ability with which he has devoted himself to the service of the state and their cordial wishes for his prosperity and happiness, reported that they had attended to the duties assigned them and the Governor was pleased to say that the unexpected expression of the Legislature to him by their Committee, was received by him with sentiments of gratitude and affection, that he cordially reciprocated their kind expressions, that he would forthwith communicate with the Legislature by the Secretary of State, and after which he had no further communication to make to the two Houses of the Legislature

The Secretary of State came in and read the titles of one hundred and two Acts and Sixty
