The House took up the consideration of the motion of Mr Adams made on Saturday last, and reconsidered their vote concurring the Senate in accepting the report of the joint committee giving Thomas Merrill & als leave to withdraw their petition – and The House on motion thereupon voted to give the petitioners leave to bring in a Bill.
