Bill – granting a Lottery for the benefit of Primary Schools was read a 1st time and on motion indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill – additional to the several acts now in force respecting Highways, came from the Senate passed to be engrossed in a new draft for concurrence and the House refused to adopt the new draft and adhered to their vote passing the same to be engrossed.

Bill – additional respecting Executors, administrators and guardians and the conveyance of Real Estate in certain cases came from the Senate amended for concurrence and the House concurred in passing the Bill as thus amended to be engrossed.

Report on the petition of the Proprietors of Falmouth Canal granting leave to withdraw came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.
