Bill - additional to the several acts now in force for the regulation of Inholders, Retailers and Common Victuallers, was read a second time & referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill. to incorporate the Livermore Bank was read a second time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a third reading.

Bill - to incorporate the President, Directors & Company of the North Yarmouth Bank was read a 2d time & referred to the next Legislature.

Mr Mitchell of North Yarmouth moved a reconsideration of the last vote, and the House assigned this afternoon at 3 oclock to consider the motion - return of the House 94.

Bill - to incorporate the President, Directors & Company of the York County Bank, was read a 2d time & referred to the next Legislature.

Mr Bourne moved a reconsideration of the last vote, and the House assigned tomorrow at 10 oclock to consider the motion.

Petition of Joseph Nicholas & als of the Passamaquoddy tribe of Indians for the adoption of measures for the improvement of their condition, was read & referred to Messrs Longfellow of Portand, Bent of Bangor & Fessenden of Portland.

Mr Bennet has leave of absence after Thursday next.
