Ordered that the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of amending the act establishing the Kennebec Steam Navigation Company so as to authorize a division of the capital Stock of said Company into Shares of not less than one hundred dollars each. read & passed. Sent up for concurrence
