Bill - to incorporate the Kennebunk Water Power Manufacturing Company, was read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Report of the committee on the Resolve establishing the seat of Government, was made and assigned for consideration at 10 oclock tomorrow morning.

Bill - additional act for securing to owners their property in logs masts, spars & other timber in certain cases - was read a 3rd time & referred to the next Legislature & ordered to be printed in the Newspapers that publish the Laws of the State.

Remonstrances Wade Sweetland & of a committee in behalf of the town of Hope against a division of the town of Hope, was read & referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Paul Perry & al, praying for the adoption of more efficient measures to settle the public lands, was read & referred to the committee on State Lands. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve in favor of the town of Calais, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed as in a new draft. Sent up for concurrence.
