130 The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed, Bill - establishing the County of Waldo - - act additional to an act establishing times of holding the Supreme Judicial Court within this State - for the further protection of towns from fire - - additional to an act respecting Fisheries in the waters of Vinalhaven - - to incorporate the Oxford Female Academy - additional act to the several acts to prevent the destruction of Fish in Dennys River & Penmaquan - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence -

The same committee reported as duly engrossed, Resolve respecting the Report of the Prison Discipline Society -which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence

Ordered that the Treasurer of this State be requested to communicate to this House a statement of the sums of money that have been paid out of the Treasury to the Land Commissioners for surveys for Clerk hire, & for any other account in relation to the State Lands since the separation of Maine from Massachusetts, with the dates of the several payments - read & passed.
