[Resolve for repairing &c the road fm Baring to Houlton Plantation] Resolve for repairing and completing the road from Baring toward Houlton Plantation was read once and tomorrow 10 assigned for a second reading

[Report relating to the North Eastern boundary] Report of the Committee on that part of the Governor’s message relating to the North Eastern boundary came from the House was read and accepted and Resolve respecting the North Eastern boundary accompanying the same was read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.

[Report. Bill revoking the Charter of the Passamaquoddy Bank] Mr. Churchill from the Committee on Banks &c specially authorized to take into consideration that part of the Report of the Commissioners appointed by the Governor and Council to examine Banks, relating to the Passamaquoddy Bank and also the order of the Legislature of the twelfth of January commanding Jonathan Bartlett President and John Woodman Cashier thereof to appear before said Committee reported the result of their proceedings: and for persons in said Report set forth, “Bill revoking the Charter of the Passamaquoddy Bank; and the same was read once, ordered to a second reading again read and passed to be engrossed Sent down for concurrence,

[Report Resolve for purchasing Hale’s Map of New England] Mr. Washburn from the Committee on Literature &c on the Memorial of Charles S. Davis and others reported Resolve for purchasing Hale’s Map of New England and the same was read and passage refused sent down for concurrence. Concurred

[Report. Resolve providing for the settlement of the Accts. of the Managers of the Cumberland & Oxford Canal.] Mr. Hathaway from the Committee on Lotteries on the petition of P. Varnum and others reported Resolve providing for the settlement of the Accounts of the Managers of the Cumberland and Oxford Canal Lottery and the same was read once and committed to Messrs. Balkam, Gardner & Washburn
