[Bill to change the name of Northill] Bill to change the name of Northill to Brighton was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended, Sent down for concurrence.

[Resolve in favor of the Heirs of Jos. Allen] Resolve in favor of the Heirs of Joseph Allen was read a 1st time ordered to a second reading, again read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House

[Report on Treasurers Bond] Mr Hathaway from the Committee on Accounts to whom was referred the Bond of the Treasurer of State reported that they had examined the Bond and find it duly executed, the Sureties good and sufficient and the same ought to be accepted. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence Concurred
