(201) [Bill to take Valuation] Mr. Ingalls, from the Joint select Committee on so much of the Governor's Message as relates to making provision for a general Valuation and Census, reported a Bill entitled "An act to ascertain the amount and description of Estates and of certain descriptions of Persons within this State" which was read the first time and tomorrow at ten o'clock A.M. was assigned for the second reading. Davis] The Senate reconsidered their vote whereby they accepted the Report of the Committee on the Petition of Nathaniel Davis, and on motion the said Report was ordered to lie on the table.
