Resolve in favor of Todd & Holden was read a 1 & 2d. time & passed to be Engrossed sent up for concurrence

Ordered that the Committee on the Pay Roll be instructed to make up for the Clerk of this House the same number of days pay as shall be allowed to the Secretary of the Senate

Resolve respecting bridges in the towns of Buxton & Hollis was read & committed to a select Committee consisting of the delegation in this House from the County of York

Mr. White of Milburne & Mr. Ireland of St. Albans have leave of absence after this day during the remainder of the session

Mr. Harward of Dresden has leave of absence after (this day) tomorrow during the remainder

Resolve authorizing the Governor & Council to settle the claims of Erastus Foote & John Ruggles sent from the Senate for concurrence passed to be Engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked B - and the amendment of the Senate having been adopted the resolve was read & referred to the next Legislature - sent up for concurrence

Resolve providing for the payment of Land Agents was read 1 & 2d. time & passed to be Engrossed sent up for concurrence

Report of the joint Select Committee to whom was referred the Governors confidential message of the 25th of March with accompanying papers was read & accepted - sent up for concurrence
