Petition of Thomas A Deblois & others to be incorporated as a body politic for purposes of Theatrical Exhibitions in the town of Portland was read & referred to the Committee of Literary Institutions - sent up for concurrence

Petition to prevent obstructions to the passage of fish in the Piscataquis River & other streams emptying into the same - was read & referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries - sent up for concurrence.

Report on Petition of Ephraim Quinn & others granting leave to bring in a Bill came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.

Report of Committee on Division of Towns granting an order of notice on the Petition of Jonathan Pickard came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.

Report of the same Committee granting an order of notice on the Petition of Harvey Harding came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred

Report of the Warden of the State Prison was read & referred to the Committee on the State Prison & 300 copies of said Report ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature sent up for concurrence.
