On motion of Mr. Bradbury of Hollis Ordered that Messrs. Bradbury of Hollis Clifford of Newfield & Frost of Topsham be a Committee to inquire into the expediency of altering an additional act securing to the owners their property in logs masts spars & other timber passed March 15th 1830

On motion of Mr. Hilton of Wiscasset Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of authorizing Courts of Probate to grant licenses for sale of real estate in cases where the Supreme Judicial Court is now authorized to grant the same sent up for concurrence -

On motion of Mr. Hilton of Wiscasset Ordered that the Committee on State Valuation be permitted to accept the services of any member or members of this Legislature in aiding towards the completion of the State Valuation - sent up for concurrence

A message was sent to the Senate requesting them to send to this House the last Annual Report of the Warden of the Warden of the State Prison

And the House adjourned
