The House resumed the consideration of the Report on petition on John Chute and others which came from the Senate granting leave to withdraw for concurrence and the House concurred

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed, Bill - to incorporate the town of Stetson which was passed to be enacted.

Resolve - authorizing a special term of the Supreme Judicial Court in the County of Somerset, was read first time and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve - in favor of Ezra Hutchins was read first time and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Report on petition of Joshua Young came from the Senate, they adhering to their former vote granting leave to withdraw - for concurrence - and the House nonconcurred and adhere to their former vote referring the same to the next Legislature - sent up for concurrence

Report of Committee on the Judiciary granting an order of notice on petition of Selectmen of the town of Hancock, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Report of Committee on Parishes granting an order of notice on the petition of the Selectmen and town Clerk of Bethel, came from the Senate for concurrence, and the House concurred
