Report of Committee on Division of Towns granting an order of notice on Petition of the Selectmen of the Town of Greene came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Ordered that the Senate be requested to take from their files and send to this House all papers relative to the claims of Bartholomew B. Boice and send the same to this House. - sent up.

Ordered that Messrs.
