Resolve - to enable the Penobscot Tribe of Indians to sell Pine Island was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed - sent up for concurrence.

Petition - of William Pope and others on the subject of Trustee Process and Imprisonment for Debt - was read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary - sent up for concurrence.

Petition - of James Cochran and others for a law for the preservation of Fish in the Wilson and other ponds in Monmouth and Winthrop - was read once and referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries - sent up for concurrence.

Report - of the Committee on Agriculture granting leave to bring in a Bill on Petition of Michael Newlert and others - came from the Senate recommitted to the Committee who reported the same with instructions to incorporate the Bill reported and the Bill granting a bounty on Bears into one Act - and the House concurred.

Report of Committee on Agriculture granting leave to bring in a Bill on Petition of Inhabitants of Lovel for a bounty on Bears - came from the Senate disposed of in the same manner as the report last aforesaid, for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report - of Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals granting leave to withdraw on Petition of Bucks
