Bill - to incorporate the town of Bradford - was read a third time and passed to be engrossed - sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Talbot of Machias - Ordered that the Joint standing Committee on Military Pensions, be directed to inquire into the expediency of granting a pension to David Seavey for the year 1830 - sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that this House shall commence its daily sessions at nine o'clock in the morning until otherwise ordered.

And the House adjourned until half past six o'clock this evening.

Evening - Met according to adjournment -

Report - on Petition of Thomas Smiley and others granting leave to withdraw came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report - of Committee on Interior Fisheries referring to the next Legislature the Petition of Samuel Homans - came from the Senate recommitted to the same Committee with instructions to report a statement of facts - for concurrence and the House concurred.

The House resumed the consideration of Bill to regulate Banks and Banking - and after some discussion the same was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheets thereto annexed marked

Bill - to alter the time of holding the Court of Sessions in the County of Lincoln was read a first and second time and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a third reading -
