Mr. Herrick of Alfred moved to reconsider the vote whereby the Bill - additional respecting the Court of Common Pleas was postponed indefinitely - and tomorrow at eleven o'clock was assigned for the consideration of this motion -
Petition - of the inhabitants of the town of Dearborn, praying for a separate Representation - was read and referred to the Committee on apportionment of Representatives &c - sent up for concurrence.
