A Resolution removing the injunction of secrecy as to the proceedings of the Legislature yesterday - so far as to allow a copy to be communicated to the Governor with a request that he would communicate forthwith the same to the President of the United States - came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.
The House resumed the consideration of the Resolve apportioning Representatives &c - and before any question was taken thereon the House adjourned -
