Th [The] House reconsider their vote of the 8th instant whereby they passed to be enacted Bill to regulate the Alewive Fishery in Franklin and order the same to be reengrossed.

Bill - additional to regulate the Inspection of Beef and Pork was read and recommitted to the committee on the Judiciary, wh reported the same - sent up for concurrence.

Bill - revoking the charter of Kennebunk Bank - was read a third time and passed to be engrossed - sent up for concurrence.

Resolve - for the assistance of the Deaf and Dumb was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft - sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to incorporate the town of Blanchard was read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate

The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed. Resolve - requiring Banks to make of their Capital Stock which was finally passed - also - Bill - additional Act relating to appeals - which was passed to be enacted - sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to assess a tax on Stud Horses was taken up and ordered to lie on the table.

Resolve - for dividing the State into Districts for the choice of Senators was read first time and Tuesday
