Bill to incorporate the Woolwich Ferry Company was read & recommitted to the Committee on Turnpikes Bridges & Canals - sent up for concurrence

Bill to divide the town of Berwick & to incorporate the easterly part thereof & came from the Senate for concurrence they having adopted the amendments of the House and further amended the Bill as on sheet annexed marked B - and the House nonconcur the Senate in their proposed amendment and adhere to their former vote passing the Bill to be engrossed - sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Jones Dyer Jr. and others with accompanying papers sent from the last years files of the Senate was read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges, and Canals - sent up for concurrence.

Bill - additional to secure to owners their property in Logs Masts Spars and other timber, was read a first and second time and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a third reading
