[Nays.] Nays. Messrs. Dole, Drummond, Eastman, Fuller, Gardner, Harding, Hinds, Kingsbery and Morse, 9

[Amendment proposed] Mr. Kingsbery then moved to amend said Bill by adding a sixth section, which question being ordered to be taken by yeas and Nays, was decided as follows, To wit:

[Yeas] Yeas. Messrs. Drummond, Eastman, Fuller, Gardner, Harding, Hinds, Kingsbery and Morse, 8

[Nays] Nays. Messrs. Davee, Dole, Dunlap, Goodwin, Hall, Hutchings, Ingalls, Megquier, Pike, Steele and Sweat. 11.

The question of passing said Bill to be engrossed being ordered to be taken by yeas and Nays, was decided in the affirmative as follows - To wit.

[Yeas] Yeas. Messrs. Davee, Dunlap, Goodwin, Hall, Hutchings, Ingalls, Megquier, Pike, Steele and Sweat. 10.
