[The Secretary of State came in & read the Titles of the Acts & Resolves passed this Session.] The Secretary of State came in and read the titles of One hundred and twenty six Acts, and Ninety six Resolves, which had been approved by the Governor, being all the Acts and Resolves which had been presented to him for that purpose the present Session of the Legislature.
