133 Tuesday February 5th, 1828 Bill additional to an Act entitled " An additional Act to secure to owners their property in Logs, Masts, Spars or other timber in certain cases was taken up and committed to Messes. Balkam, Williams and Herrick. [Bill - Logs &c]

Bill in addition to an Act , entitled an Act to incorporate the Proprietors of the Centre Meeting House in Farmington came up amended for concurrence and the Senate concurred. [Bill - Centre meeting house]

Resolve in favor of Old town Bridge Corporation came up referred to the next Legislature and the Senate adhere to their vote refusing this Resolve a passage. Sent down, [Resolve - Old town Bridge]

On motion by Mr. Hathaway, Ordered that the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of providing by Law, that all bridges or a certain part of the bridges on County roads shall be erected at the expense of the County and not at the expense of the several towns in which said bridges may be located. Also to inquire into the expediency of providing by Law that all County roads shall be built at the expense of the County. Sent down for concurrence. Nonconcurred. Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of he Brunswick Tontine Hotel [Bill - B.T. hotel] " to set off Benjamin Woodbury & others from Buckfield to Paris, [" B. Woodbury - Bucksfield to Paris] " additional for the settlement of certain equitable claims arising in real actions [Bill - equitable claims]

" concerning the Penobscot Tribe of Indians, as amended by chane of title,

[" Penobscot Indians] " to regulate the taking of Alewives in Prospect stream, [" Alewives, P. stream] " supplementary to an Act defining the method of laying out and making provision for the repair and amendment of highways, as amended, [" highways]
