Tuesday February 7th " 1828

[Resolve - aggressions on the N E. Boundary]

Resolve relating to aggresions upon the North Eastern Boundary of the State was read a second time and passed to be engrossed sent down for concurrence-

[Bill - Penobscot Mill Dam]

Mr Washburn from the Committee reported Bill to incorporate the Penobscot Manufacturing, and amended by striking out "Manufacturing" in the little and inserting, "Mill Dam" and otherwise, referred to the next Legislature and ordered to be printed in one of the Newspapers printed in Bangor in the County of Penobscot, three weeks successively, the last publication to be sixty days before the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence.

[Bill Moosebrook sluiceway]

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Moosebrook Sluiceway came up amended for concurrence and the Senate concurred.

Bill to set off part of the town of Foxcroft and annex the same to township No.7 in the Eighth Range
