175 Bill to establish the lines of the town of Liberty, as amended were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Weston from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz- Bill additional to provide for carrying into effect certain stipulations in the Act for erecting the District of Maine into a separate State,

[Bill Separation of Maine]

to regulate the taking of Alewives in Winslow's stream and Leaches stream in the town of Penobscot,

[Bill fish in Winslows Stream]

additional for regulating marriages and the orderly solemnization thereof, and

[marriages]

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Bangor Bridge and the same were passed to be enacted

[Bangor Bridge]

and also Resolve relative to fines, for forfeitures and Bills of cost in favor of Thomas V. Totman and Sylvester G. Spaulding & resolve in favor of Frederick Spofford and Nathaniel Treat and the same were finally passed

And there Bills and Resolves were presented to the Governor for his approbation and signature.
