Mr. Williams from the Conferees on the disagreement of the two Houses respecting the Bill to incorporate the North Yarmouth Manufacturing Company reported the result of their conference and a recommendation that the Senate adhere to their vote refusing this Bill a passage. Read and accepted, and the Senate voted to adhere accordingly. sent down

[Bill - requiring towns to fence grave yards]

Mr. Dennett from the Committee reported Bill requiring towns to fence Grave Yard, in a new draft entitled "An Act providing for the protection of Grave Yards," The Senate adopt this new draft and order the same to be engrossed by yeas and nays, as follows,

Yeas Messrs Kavanagh, Miller, Herrick, Shaw, Balkam, Cutler, Cushman, Washburn, Grover, Weston and Parsons, 11
