Met according to adjournment.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the Secretary of State to notify Daniel Wood, Josiah Dunn Junior, Jonathan Thayer, Edward Fuller, Joel Whitney, Charles Hutchings Junr and Timothy Pilsbury Esquires, that they have been elected by a joint Ballot of the two branches of the Legislature in convention, Counsellors, for the State of Maine to advise the Governor in the Executive department of the Government for the current political year, and request their immediate attendance, and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate providing for the appointment of a joint standing committee on Lotteries, for concurrence, and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing that so much of the communication made by the Governor to the Legislature, with the accompanying documents as relates to the Northeastern Boundary of this State be referred to Messrs Megguier, Williams & Hathaway with such as the House may join and that the Committee be authorized to cause such of the accompanying documents to be published, as in their opinion the public good requires - and the House concurred and Messrs Deane of Ellsworth, Fuller of Augusta, Vance of Baring, Carpenter of Howland and Burnham of Unity were joined.

Ordered that so much of the Governors Communication as relates to the Houlton road be referred to the Committee who have under consideration so much of the same communication as relates to them Kennebec & Canada Road. Read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.
