On motion of Mr Rowell of Jefferson, Ordered that the joint standing Committee on the Judiciary be requested to take into consideration the expediency of repealing the ninth section of the law entitled an act to establish the Dameriscotta [Damariscotta] Canal passed March 10th 1821 with leave to report &c. - read and passed.
